No Slurs
Using any form of slurs will result in an immediate mute
No NSFW Content
Sharing inappropriate or adult content is strictly prohibited
No Hate Speech
Sexism, racism, homophobia, or any form of discrimination
No Spam/Flood
Excessive messages, repeated text, or character flooding
No Death Threats
Includes phrases like 'kys' or any form of life threats
No Offensive Symbols
Inappropriate characters or symbols in chat
No Extreme Toxicity
Excessive negativity, harassment, or toxic behavior
No Self-Promotion
Advertising other Discord/MC servers or unrelated content
English/German Only
Use only English or German in public chats
No Provocative Behavior
Intentionally provoking other players or staff
No Rule Arguments
Arguing with staff about punishments or rules
Cross-Platform Mute
If muted on one platform, continuing on the other extends the mute
MINECRAFT BANS
In-Game Violations
No Hacking
Flight, X-Ray, Kill Aura, or any unfair advantages
No Real Money Trading
Selling in-game items or accounts for real money
No AFK Evasion
Using methods to bypass AFK kick systems
No Glitch Abuse
Exploiting game bugs or mechanics for unfair advantages
No TP-Killing
Teleporting players to kill them in survival
No Claim-Killing
Trapping or killing players inside claims
No NSFW Content
Inappropriate skins, usernames, or builds
No False Reports
Faking proof or making false tickets
No Punishment Evasion
Using alts or VPNs to bypass bans/mutes
No Crystal PvP
Includes bed/trap PvP methods (traps are allowed)
No Griefing
Destroying others' builds or stealing on survival
No Duping
Duplicating items through any method
No Lag Machines
Building mechanisms that cause server lag
No Chargebacks
Reversing payments after receiving items

No Harassment
Player harassment, hate speech, or extreme arguing
No Alternate Accounts
Using alts to evade punishments
No Scam Links
Sending phishing or malicious links
External Behavior
Faulty behavior outside Discord that violates our rules

Zero Tolerance Offenses
Illegal Cyber Activity
Any form of illegal hacking or cyber crimes
Doxxing
Sharing personal information without consent
DDoS Attacks
Distributed Denial of Service attacks on players or server
Repeated Rule Breaking
Multiple violations after previous punishments
