Bloodbending is a forbidden sub-element that allows waterbenders to manipulate the blood within living creatures, effectively puppeteering their movement. Under a full moon, bloodbending becomes far more powerful and can even lift multiple targets simultaneously. It is considered one of the most dangerous techniques in bending.
