Launch yourself high into the air using earth.
Catapult causes a pillar of earth to spring up beneath the player, launching them high into the air. It is one of the best vertical mobility tools for earthbenders and can be used to escape combat, reach high places, or set up EarthSmash from above.
Sneak while on earth/stone to launch yourself upward.
