Send a freezing wave across the terrain.
IceWave sends a creeping wave of frost across the ground in front of the caster, freezing water, cooling lava and slowing any entities caught in its path. The wave travels in a wide arc and leaves a trail of ice blocks that can be used for mobility or defense.
