Create a radial shockwave that throws entities back.
Shockwave causes the ground around the caster to buckle outward in a circle, throwing all nearby entities back and dealing moderate damage. It is an excellent panic button when surrounded and can also be used to clear space for escape or setup.
Sneak and hold to charge, then release for a radial burst.
