Create a localized twister to launch enemies upward.
Twister is a compact combo that spawns a small but violent whirlwind directly beneath a targeted entity, launching them high into the air. Unlike the sustained Tornado, Twister is instant and has a much shorter cooldown, making it perfect for juggling enemies or setting up fall damage.
