Pull water from sources and hurl it at targets.
WaterManipulation is the core offensive move for waterbenders. It pulls a sphere of water from a nearby source and allows the player to launch it at a target. The projectile deals moderate damage and can be rapid-fired if the player stays near water. It can also pull water from plant sources in a pinch.
